As the demand for their expertise continues to grow, they have now got an exciting opportunity for a Part 2 Architect Assistant to join their 50-person Architecture team who will have an opportunity to work on one of the largest construction projects currently in Europe, with future pipeline facilities planned.
As well as this, the project will include innovations and introduce cutting edge technology in both authoring methods and operation. Responsibilities:
• Assist in productions of Architectural drawings, reports and concepts (RIBA Stages 1-5)
• Assistance with formulating and communicating the brief effectively to colleagues as required
• Carry out studies and design proposals for review
• Cooperate with other members of the design team
• Ensure design proposals conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
• Assistance with planning applications, Building Regulations and appeals
• Inspection of building work on site

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit is essential to the role
• Part II Qualified
• knowledge of Dynamo, Uniclass 2015, IFC, BIM360
• Experience in Industrial/Warehouse projects desirable
