About you; You'll be an Architect/ Architectural Technician or Technologist, with a confidence in project-running. You'll have a passion for building things cleanly and efficiently and be interested in new construction methodologies including modular. Youll have a decent understanding of healthcare projects, having worked within public sector frameworks on NHS schemes before or MOD and/ or Defence projects. In addition, you'll use Revit as a BIM authoring tool and have a solid understanding of delivering to BIM Level 2 standards.

About the client; They're a national architecture practice with offices across the UK who operate across all sectors and were very early adopters of BIM. They're an employee owned business with a very low turnover of staff and an excellent culture. Furthermore theyve offered a flexible working approach long before 2020 even happened!
