A well reputable consultancy that has been established for over 25 years is requiring a qualified Project running Architect to join their friendly team, this would suit someone newly qualified as you will be running projects with support, however more experienced Architects are still encouraged to apply.

This is the chance to join an exceptional large company in a great location in newport.

You will find yourself working on and delivering some very exciting high profile projects.

You must be experienced within Revit.

You will be running projects throughout all stages within a variety of sectors, mostly commercial, education and defence to start with, you will have good technical experience within Revit and able to run projects from concept through to technical drawings and out on site.

You don't necessarily have to have experience within defence and commercial, however as long as you have excellent technical ability then this will be fine.

The Role:
• Running project from start to finish, managing the overall design process within the RIBA work stages
• Co-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals
• Complete site visits to check on progress and budget
• Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule

The Candidate:
• Relevant qualification with UK based experience
• Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong technical abilities
• The ability / willingness to deliver projects.
• Proficient in Revit is mandatory
• Healthcare experience would be advantage
