Architect

One of my clients is looking for an Architect to join their Architectural & Design team in their Leeds studio.
The client is a well-established, award-winning architectural practice. The candidate will work on residential projects, so experience in this sector is required.

Qualifications, requirements and responsibilities
• Registered Architect with around 3–7 years of post-qualification experience
• Excellent Revit software skills
• Experience working on residential projects (preferably multistore residential buildings, build-to-rent, Private Rented sector)
• Excellent design and presentation skills
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal, written and drawn formats using appropriate media for different audiences both internally and externally
• The ability to work within a team
• Great technical skills
• High-level working knowledge of UK construction and building law
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
