Architect

One of my clients is looking for an Architect to join their Architectural & Design team in their Leeds studio.
The client is a well-established, award-winning Architectural practice working within Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Leisure/Hotel, Energy, and Retail sectors across the UK.

They are looking for a highly motivated, creative candidate who wants to further their career and preferably has residential, commercial and retail working experience.

Qualifications, requirements and responsibilities
• Registered Architect with around 3-7 years post-qualification experience (or more)
• Excellent AutoCAD and Revit software skills,
• Working on residential, commercial, retail and Leisure/Hotel projects (preferable)
• Excellent design and presentation skills
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal, written and drawn formats using appropriate media for different audiences both internally and externally
• The ability to work within a team
• Great technical skills
• High level working knowledge of UK construction and building law
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
