As the demand for their expertise continues to surge, they present an exciting opening for a talented Architect. You will join their experienced and expanding Architectural team in Bristol, working on a diverse range of projects, including hotels, advanced manufacturing facilities, educational buildings, offices, R&D initiatives, and residential housing.

Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies and draft design proposals for review.
Collaborate with other members of the design team, ensuring coordinated efforts.
Ensure design proposals adhere to the latest building regulations and technical standards.
Offer practical and methodical solutions, working within budgets and deadlines.
Oversee on-site inspections of building work.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, designing and delivering projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:

Strong design and technical acumen.
Proficiency in 3D visualization.
Substantial post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Revit is a fundamental requirement please provide example projects employing Revit and BIM software in your application.
To excel in this role, effective communication skills are crucial. You should be adept at conveying complex matters between clients and our highly skilled project teams. Additionally, display ambition, a commitment to learning, diligence, and excellent organizational abilities.
