Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead Project Architect to guide projects through RIBA Job Stages 0-7.
• Define and evaluate client business cases and project prerequisites, providing practical insights.
• Formulate project objectives and quality targets, shaping project briefs and feasibility studies.
• Develop concept and detailed designs, integrating BIM outputs, specifications, and project strategies.
• Ensure designs minimise risks and adhere to quality standards.
• Contribute to tender applications and presentations, liaising with contractors and specialists.
• Manage planning and building control applications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines during regular site visits.
• Resolve construction-related challenges and address environmental impacts.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Skill / Experience Requirements:

• RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registered.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in managing larger projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning skills across RIBA work stages.
• Essential expertise in Revit/BIM software.
• Impressive presentation and design capabilities.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and desktop publishing tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player willing to contribute to the teams success.
