Our clients Archaeology and Heritage Team is looking for an Archaeology and Heritage Consultant or Senior Archaeology and Heritage Consultant to join the Team in either the South Wales or Gloucestershire area to help them deliver their expanding portfolio of interesting, diverse and challenging projects.
You will have experience of archaeological fieldwork and a proven track record in the production and completion of reports relating to the planning process i.e. desk-based assessments, heritage setting assessments and written schemes of investigation. You will also provide technical project support to the wider Archaeology and Heritage Team.
You will have all of the above, but additionally demonstrable experience in a consultancy environment and across a range of project types and scales.
For both roles the enthusiasm to get involved with multi-disciplinary projects is essential, but also the desire to work effectively with their clients, project managers and members of the team. Most of all, you will provide (with training as necessary) solution-focused and pragmatic advice to their clients on a wide variety of archaeology and heritage projects and deliver high quality technical outputs to inform and support a range of development proposals.
