We are seeking an experienced ARB Registered Part 3 Architect for an exciting project with an immediate start. This role offers a 6-month initial contract with the strong possibility of extension to 1 year or beyond.

Key Requirements:

ARB Registered Part 3 Architect
Minimum 5 years post-Part 3 experience
Proven project running capability
Proficient in Revit
Immediate start required
Knowledge of thermal performance is advantageous

Role Details:

Based in Knutsford (minimum 3 days in the office, with potential for 2 days remote working)
Develop detailed designs for a new project at RIBA Stage 3/4
Produce Revit details to solve technical challenges
Oversee and assist CAD production staff with detailing
Learn and use BuildDesk U to carry out thermal calculations
