Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst for a permanent position with a leading real estate services firm to join their team in Leeds. Hybrid working from home and remote working options are available for suitably qualified candidates.

For this role we are looking for someone who will be responsible for validating, gathering, and aggregating specific datasets. The successful candidate will work closely with the local research teams and market experts.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with updates to real estate databases and assist in migration from Excel to structured systems
• Execute processes to gather datasets across a variety of internal and external sources
• Oversee and direct quarterly data compilation and statistical production
• Work with internal and external data providers to refine and streamline processes
• Proactively and routinely updates and maintains property databases
• Participate, as applicable, in the development of strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data analysis and data aggregation within client’s big data analytical platforms

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience in data entry/data management
• Experience in commercial real estate industry or research-related field preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• IT Skills
• Good communicator
