Air Conditioning Engineer – London - £23 per hour umbrella - Immediate start

My client of the UK’s largest Facilities Management companies are looking for a Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team in the Westminster area.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
PPMs and reactive works
Fault Finding
Maintenance and repair of AHU’s and refrigeration units.
Undertaking maintenance, service and repair of AHUs and ventilation equipment
Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment (VRV, VRF, Split)
Ensuring statutory site logbooks are continually updated
Review building plans and specifications
May include different tasks such as fabric and minor electrical work as asked by the manager


Qualifications
C&G / NVQ 2 minimum
F-Gas qualified
3-5 years’ experience post qualification
Having other building services or HVAC skills would be an advantage but is not essential
Have electrical knowledge
Good service and installation experience with commercial conditioning systems
Good all round experience of the maintenance, service and repair of air handling and ventilation equipment
Qualifications such as NVQ within Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning with F-Gas 2079 cat 1
