We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within our clients Training division based in their Leeds office.

This is a new role, for an individual who has a passion for people development. You would need to be a great communicator with
strong IT and attention to detail skills. We can provide key knowledge and skills that will enable you to develop people within
our organisation and develop your own skills and have the opportunity to achieve a professional level of membership of the CIPD
(Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Our dynamic training team cover all aspects of the training cycle and will expect the individual to gain experience and with time,
support and guidance, take on additional tasks and responsibility to support the team to deliver. If you want to join a highly

The Training Administrator would undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to all
our staff who are undertaking learning and development activities.
• Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
• Preparation of course paperwork for all training courses
• Process training bookings and certifications on Training Management System
• Liaise with course delegates and managers to ensure release and pre-course requirements are met
• Administration duties to support the department planning, booking and completing training
• eLearning systems - register delegates, monitor completions
• Update competency records of employees, monitoring expiry dates, sending reminders and training invitations to staff
