Fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator/ Tennant Liaison Officer to join our client who is a world leader in concessions, energy, and construction based in Leicester.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer/Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing relationships between tenants, clients, and our project management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies to ensure project objectives are met, with a focus on client and resident satisfaction.
- Promptly addressing tenant complaints and claims, maintaining records, and producing reports to ensure resolution.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, statutory authorities, and resident associations.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, from data entry to appointment scheduling and document formatting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in void refurbishment housing modernizations within the public sector.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Maximo, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and client satisfaction.
