You will be providing support to customers, colleagues, subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by the company’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones and logging all calls and monitoring to completion,
- Scanning documents and filing electronically,
- Receiving post and distributing, producing letters / leaflets / newsletters,
- Ordering stationery,
- Booking appointments & surveys,
