I am recruiting on behalf of a large construction company in their facilities management division, they are recruiting for an Administrator for a 12 month contract in Aylesbury.

Duties:

-The daily and weekly HS file documents electronically.
-Collating information required from sub-contractors
-Collating and forwarding security vetting documents and clearance for visitors and sub-contractors.
-The weekly attendance list to be issued to the site
-The weekly delivery list to be issued to the site
-The drawing issue notifications to be clarified to the site team.
-Compiling information for reports.
-Letters to sub-contractors.
-Maintaining the Site Files

The candidate:
- The candidate would need good computer skills and would need an Enhanced Level 1 Clearance check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- 22.5 hours a week
- Half an hour lunch
- Experienced in a fast paced environment
