Our clients seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the team at Hinckley Point C as a Tunnelling Works HSE Assistant (Admin Support)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives related to tunnelling activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and have a strong background in administrative tasks.
Health and safety experience, as well as construction knowledge, are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

~Develop and deliver presentations on PowerPoint, ensuring the format is consistent and engaging.
~Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
~Conduct data analysis and input data into relevant databases or spreadsheets.
~Assist in the creation and distribution of health and safety posters across the site.
~Respond promptly to emails, addressing inquiries and forwarding messages as appropriate.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as needed.
~Coordinate the booking of training courses for team members.
~Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tunnelling works and HSE activities.

+ £15 per hour
+ initial 6 month contract
+ Base level security clearance required

Requirements:

~Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
~Previous experience in health and safety is desirable.
~Strong report and data management skills.
~Background in construction or related fields would be advantageous.
~Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is preferred.
~Excellent administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
