4D Planner required for a leading consultancy working on nuclear new build and decommissioning projects. This role is offered on a contract basis and can be based out of Warrington or London on a flexible basis.

This 4D planning role requires you to:

Work with design and delivery teams to create data modelling requirements and specs.

Support the application of metadata to the existing models and programmes

Support the planning and design processes through contributing to 4D issue identification, maintaining, or contributing to issue registers or platforms.

Review the programme and models ahead of inclusion into the 4D process

Provide and maintain the Virtual Build

Supporting feasibility studies and design option testing using 4D

Create animations/simulations at defined stages for communicating the overall job and build sequence.

For this role you will have:

A Degree educated in a construction/engineering related subject or equivalent experience.

Carried out 4D BIM or 4D planning

Experience using Bentley Synchro software and P6 and/or Microsoft Planner.

Able to meet the requirements for Baseline security clearance in the UK.
