Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator (CPCS/NPORS) – Shotton Paper Mill

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a civils team working on the Shotton Paper Mill project. You’ll be operating 8–20 tonne machines on a busy industrial site, carrying out muck shift, drainage, foundations and general groundworks support. Precision and safe operation are key – no cowboying around.

Duties

Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently

Digging trenches, foundations and drainage runs

Assisting with lifting operations (if ticketed)

Supporting groundworkers and site team as needed

Daily checks and routine machine maintenance

Following all site health & safety requirements

Requirements

Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (A58/A59)

Proven experience on civil or industrial projects

Ability to work as part of a busy site team

Full PPE and right to work in the UK

Lifting Ops or Safety Critical Medical (advantage but not essential)
