Tube Lines Beacon award for CDI AndersElite consultant

Tube Lines have presented their prestigious Beacon award to Jurgens Kroese, a specialist in rail safety recruitment at Anderselite.

The Beacon award is presented for outstanding work on project sites and also recognises that works were carried out professionally safely and without incident, embracing the ‘Be Safe’ ethos.
Tube Lines introduced its Beacon Site Scheme to help ensure all work at its project sites and maintenance depots is undertaken safely and considerately. It is based around the Considerate Constructors Scheme but demands even higher standards and has additional requirements because of the potentially hazardous rail environment.

Jurgens Kroese is the assigned LUL consultant at Anderselite and has a decade of experience, specialising in labour provision for UK rail recruitment. IOSH qualified, he has a very successful track record for delivery of contract staff to stations throughout London and surrounding suburbs.

Jurgens commented:

"I am delighted to have been given this award which I was proud to accept on behalf of my team at Anderselite. It is a positive endorsement of our commitment to meet Tube Lines expectations, both in terms of service and delivery, whilst always ensuring that safety is of paramount importance.

A great deal of hard work was done by my colleagues to ensure that the staff supplied were of the highest calibre and that each worker was dedicated to the principle of 'safety first'. This award is an excellent recognition of that on-going level of quality."
