Job description

We are recruiting for a long established and highly successful civil engineering contractor specialising in railway engineering who are looking to recruit a training administrator with experience in the construction industry.

Based in the clients Leeds head office, you will support the training and development manager and training administrator. You will provide a support service to over 300 employees and coordinate with other offices for training needs.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in the Network Rail Sentinel scheme (sponsorship, arranging medicals etc), producing funding applications and CSCS/ CPCS Schemes, developing in-house training packages and be proficient in all Microsoft applications.

CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development and Level 3 in Administration is required.
