Job Title: Trainee Contracts Manager
Location: Royston
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum plus car allowance

A client of ours is seeking an ambitious Trainee Contracts Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join their team in Royston. You will be working closely with the Contracts Manager in ensuring that projects are run to programme and within budget, as well as managing the project teams. Projects are primarily in East and Southeast regions.
Duties:
• Establish good relationships with clients and all key stakeholders with a view to securing repeat business.
• Ensuring that all key deadlines are achieved.
• Ensuring quality of work is of a very high standard.
• Strict control and adherence for all Health and Safety matters
• Manage Clients expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong references
• Proficient in Microsoft suites
