Recruitment Consultant - Leeds - Temporary Trades & Labour Desk


AndersElite are currently looking to grow our trades & labour team in Leeds. We are looking for experienced consultants to work with our existing trades team in our Central Leeds office.


As a trades consultant, you will be responsible for running a fast paced, temporary trades desk, supplying your clients with a variety of site based trades and labour on an as requested, hourly rate basis. We have a strong existing candidate database and a constantly growing list of clients from around the business that we can use for business development. We also provide various sales tools including lead generation websites, previous client lists and various other means for cultivating relationships and finding clients. 


On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience and availability. We also offer an extremely competitive monthly and quarterly commission structure with no threshold and no limit as well as various employee incentives that operate both on an office to office basis and on a company wide scale.


Your desk will have Nationwide coverage with no Geographical constraints.


Our head office based payroll, credit control and contractor care teams create more time for consultants to focus on the growth and development of their desks and your team will also have an admin/resource assistant to help with timesheets, QA documentation from candidates and any payroll issues that need dealing with.


We are looking for experienced 360 consultants, but as described above, we have various ways of relieving many of the admin duties, leaving you to focus on making more margin.


Our Leeds office is one of the most successful in the country and the trades team currently consists of 2 consultants and an admin/resource assistant. We are looking for consultants with a strong work ethic, driven attitude towards success and the ability to deal with an ever changing desk to help drive this team forward. Full systems training and management appraisals/development plans will be provided.


We are looking for consultants with :-


  • Min. 3 years running a temporary recruitment desk with successful billings
  • Trades and labour recruitment experience preferred but not essential
  • The ability to sense opportunities for cross selling to current clients from elsewhere in the business
  • A driven attitude towards building and developing a busy, successful desk
  • Strong work ethic
  • The willingness to push business development - both telephone based and out on client visits
  • Good commercial awareness of how a successful recruitment desk operates
  • The desire to fit into and operate in an already functioning team
