Technical Coordinator / Development Coordinator - New build housing - Award winning developer
I am currently working with a leading, highly regarded and award winning house builder who is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator / Development Coordinator to join their technical team in Leeds.
The role will offer the opportunity to work on both live sites, looking at land bids and projects at pre-planning stage so your workload will be varied. Typical duties would include instructing architects and working with them on design and housetype mixes, managing and instructing external consultants, ensuring the discharge of planning conditions, managing the flow of all technical documentation and inforamtion throughout the planning and build process, securing building regulations and statutory approvals and many other duties as specified by the Regional Development Manager.
A bit about you:
You will ideally be working for a volume housing developer in the technical team as a Technical Coordinator or Development Coordinator however anyone with a strong development, planning or technical background gained while working for a consultancy would be considered.
