Fantastic Opportunity - Technical Co-ordinator / Development Co-ordinator - Leeds - Leading 5 star housing developer

I am currently working with a great client looking to source an experienced Technical Co-ordinator or Development Co-ordinator for their team in Leeds.

This is a newly created post and the client is looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.

Working as part of the live site team you will responsible for a number of your own developments offering full technical support across everything from planning, design, engineering, local authority issues, a sound understanding of S38, S108 and S278 agreements and everything else through to CML and hand over of properties.

Ideally you will have worked as a Technical Coordinator or Development Coordinator for a volume housing developer however the client will consider candidates that have come from a design or local authority led background.

The client's offices' are close to central Leeds and offer a flexible approach to working both in the office and working from home.
