Site Manager - Cambridge - Permanent - High End Residential
£45 - 50 K Plus Vehicle
Are you a site manager with recent experience managing new build high end homes from start to finish are looking for a permanent role to start in early February ?
We are currently recruiting for the role of site manager on behalf of a contractor who has secured a one off new build project on behalf of a high net worth client .
The project is valued at circa £4.1M , is programmed for 50 weeks and will start on the 08th February.
The contractor are looking for a site manager who can demonstrate a track record of delivering residential projects from start to finish and will therefore be looking to take references from past contractors and clients . Furthermore , you will need to be able to demonstrate strong communication and client facing skills .
Experience Required :
- New build prime residential projects
- 5 years plus site management
- Trades background
Duties and responsibilities :
- Health and Safety compliance
- Coordination of sub-contractors and site labour
- reporting to a visiting contracts manager
- Ordering materials
- Ensuring build quality and finish
It is also essential that you hold SMSTS , CSCS and Firsts Aid Certificates .
In return the contractor are offering to pay a salary of between 45 -50k , will provide a vehicle , laptop , in addition to holidays , pension .
