Site Manager - Permanent - New Build Lidl Projects
Are you a SMSTS qualified site manager with recent experience of managing new build Lidl projects on behalf of a main contractor?
We are currently recruiting for a site manager on behalf of a contractor with a proven track record of building Lidl stores across the UK . The role is permanent .
The contractor manage projects across Yorkshire , the Northwest and the East Midlands .
The initial project is in Harrogate and starts in January 2022 , lasts 32 weeks and is valued at circa £3m and will involve the partial demolition of an existing store then the rebuild and fit out .
The site manager will report to both the contractor's visiting contracts manager and have to report to Lidl's own project manager.
Duties :
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Site labour and sub-contractor coordination
• Ordering materials
• Diary management
The site manager must hold valid SMSTS , CSCS and First Aid .
In return the contractor is paying up to 45k plus a vehicle , with the standard holidays and pension .
