Job description
My Client are a regional contractor which have been around for approximately 30 years.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager with experience of overseeing new build housing projects, covering demolition, groundwork's and through to final handover. The Site Manager must be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and possess excellent managerial skills.
Site Manager:
- Experience working on smaller scale, new build residential projects for a reputable contractor
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent managerial skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word or equivalent software
