Are you a site manager with experience of managing steel frame hotel projects ?
I am currently recruiting for the role of freelance site manager on behalf of contractor who have been appointed by a private client to oversee the build and extension of hotel extension and then the fit out of the bar and restaurant area .
The project is underway and is at excavation stage , but the contractor are looking for a site manager to oversee the build of the extension and subsequent fit out .
You will therefore need to have experience of managing both steel frame build projects and fit out projects , preferably in the leisure and hospitality sector .
The contractor would like for someone to start next week and can interview via Zoom or MS Teams this week .
In addition , the project is worth 600k, will last for 5 months and there is the possiblity of more work for the righ person .
Duties
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Organising and coordinating site labour
- Ordering materials
- Reporting to a visiting project manager
- Keeping a site diary
Qualifications needed :
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
