Finishing Site manager required for new build retirement living project in Stafford
The project has 10 Weeks to complete, and is now requiring a second site manager to work with the PM to finish the project of 80 retirement apartments
The building is completed and requires a full snagging process to bring all apartments to handover, as Finishing site manager, you will be required to oversee the completion on the project. working with all the finishing trades and the client in signing off completed areas.
Your role will be overseeing key sub-contractors, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently, reporting back on progress on site. You will have a keen eye for detail as all snags and incomplete works will be your responsibility. A joinery trade background would be ideal.
Start date for the assignment is 19th April 2020. Minimum requirements are CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
