Site Manager (Finishing) required for a 12 week freelance placement on a large new build Apartment block for a local housing association in Macclesfield. The build will provide 75 new apartments for the Local community.

You will be working until the site completes in late 2021. You will be working closely with a permanent project manager based on site.

Your role will be working out on site snagging and completing new build apartments being built for a housing association client. You will be on hand to assist the project manager on other aspects of the project when required. You will be competanet working with trades on 1st & 2nd fix.

The ideal applicant will be from a joinery background, have recent supervision experience on residential new build properties, and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
