Site Manager required for 4 month period to oversee facade and envelope works to a new build residential block in Central Manchester.

You will be working for a large main contractor. You will be looking after the facade and envelope contractors for the final 4 months of their contracts.

Recent experience of working for a facade contractor would be an advantage for this role. Any recent experience of working on high rise residential buildings would also be welcomed.

You will join a large management team, with support from site managers and a site based PM. You will require CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.

The main contractor has a strong order book in 2023, so there is a strong possibility this role could continue on past the 4 months proposed.
