Site Manager required on a freelance basis for a Building Refurbishment project near Trowbridge, Wiltshire. The project includes a roof replacement, brickwork, stud walls and flooring, so relevant experience a must.

Would need to be capable of overseeing sub-contractors, help to plan and manage the works accordingly, ensure H&S is being adhered to at all times. Will be responsible for all deliveries on site, opening and shutting up site and report to a visiting PM.

Run until End of October / early November with possibility of future work, Free Car Parking on site.

Bricklaying experience would be ideal, as doing brickwork repairs in-house.

• Fire Marshall (Ideal)
• Scaffold awareness (Ideal)

Pay: £200 - £220 per day CIS or Umbrella PAYE
