Site Manager required for a hotel fit-out project in York.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to carry out the fit-out of a new hotel.

The role will be working with a respected regional main contractor. You will receive support from a well trained and qualified site team, with a contracts manager who you will report in to and provide assistance as and when needed.

The project is due to start on site immediately, and will run for 22 weeks with further work on the same framework.

A strong pipeline of work is place at present so the contractor can offer good continuity of work.

You must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS CARD and First Aid. You must also have previous experience as a Site Manager working on hotel projects in the past 5 years.
