Summary
Due to rapid expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the construction team to offer support on voids housing refurbishment development in Carlisle.
About the Role
Purpose:
To lead a team as part of a project or a defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs, customer relationships and subcontract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resource requirements and support the management of the day to day activity, ensuring that all objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.
- Understand and implement solutions in line with the needs of the client and customer.
- Resolve complaints and acknowledge compliments informing the Management team. Implement action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.
- Apply HS&E policies ensuring effective implementation.
- Ensure your team are accountable for their HS&E responsibilities.
About You
Candidates must have good communication skills; must be able to communicate very confidently both verbally and in writing. Have minimum 5 years' experience in a similarly environment and managerial role.
