Site Manager
Gorton
Full-Time, Fixed-Term (70 weeks)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a mix of Rent to Buy and Affordable Rent units on a new development located in Gorton. The development comprises of 31 apartments across two masonry build blocks and 6 timber frame houses.

Working in collaboration with Jigsaw, you will be responsible for managing the construction of the development from start to finish. You will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the construction project from start to finish, including resource allocation, time management and budget control
Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
Liaise with stakeholders, including the client, contractors and suppliers, to ensure that the project is progressing according to plan
Manage site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently
Monitor and report on the progress of the project, including identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
Key Requirements:

The candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage personnel and resources effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
