A national house builder are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a development in Newcstle Under Lyme in Timber frame.

My client are well established within the housing sector.

Their development in Newcastle Under Lyme consists of
500 houses and a new primary school , main hall, canteen, toilets, office and playing fields with pumping station, substation, recreational open space - over four phase development.

You will need previous experience working for a national or regional house builder and a proven record of successfully delivering volume housing schemes. You will need an up to date knowledge of NHBC and LABC standards and will hold valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates to be eligible for the role.

My client is willing to offer a competitive salary of up to £55k plus package to secure the right candidate. Package benefits include £5.5k car allowance
Healthcare, pension and bonus scheme and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

They will also consider TEMP first before Perm - good rates of PAY.
