Site Manager (Modular Experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for innovative modular manufacturer who are at the forefront of the industry having been accepted on numerous nationwide frameworks. The business has grown substantially over the last 5 years, and due to being awarded several new projects they are now looking for Site Managers to oversee the installation up to 50 modular units from groundworks through to handover.
- Managing and overseeing the works of all subcontractors on site.
- No.1 on site, reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring that the works carried out are to the highest standards.
- Overseeing all Health & Safety on site, ensuring that all RAMS and procedures are up to date.
- Carrying out work inspections and checks.
- Providing daily tool box talks and briefings
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience working as a No. 1 on site
- Previous experience working on modular projects
- MUST have SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work, DBS Checked
- Good personality with excellent communication skills.
