Site Manager required for large new build healthcare project in Liverpool.

Working for a leading company in the construction industry you will be joining a large exisiting team, working on a state of the art £25m hospital unit in Liverpool.

We are looking for a degree qualified site manager, with recent experince working in the Healthcare sector, who holds CITB SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Site manager and temporary works training/qualifications.

You will have a strong recent background of working for main contractors in the new build sector.

Key responsibilities include:

Management of the site - Ensure the work area is safe, access is in place and ensure RAMS are in place.
Oversee Quality - Supervise sub-contrcators to ensure that work is completed to high standard
Supervision - Supervise internal and external staff
Health & Safety - Ensure all workers are safe and working under the current legislation
Programming - work with project management teams to ensure key targets are being hit.
