Site Manager – Permanent – Fit Out – Hotel & Restaurant Projects

Are you a site manager with experience of managing the fit out of restaurant, hotel , cinema or casino projects ?

We are currently recruiting for a stand-alone site manager on behalf of a contractor who specialise in fit out project on behalf of hospitality clients across the south and south west of England.

Due to an increase in orders for 2022, they are looking to add to their team of site managers on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety compliance
• Site inductions
• Coordinating sub-contractors and site labour
• Ordering materials
• Reporting to visiting contract manager

Experience : 

• 5 years plus experience as a number one site manager
• Recent experience of managing fast- track restaurant, hotel or hospitality fit out projects
• Can demonstrate running a site from start to finish
• Joinery background
• The site manager will need to hold a CSCS card , SMSTS and First Aid .

The manager must be prepared to work away when necessary  due to the locations of the project that the contractors services.

The shifts are 8-5.30 , Monday to Friday , but weekend work will also may be required, but this is not really encouraged .

The salary is circa 45-50k , plus a vehicle and fuel card , plus holidays and pension .
