Site Manager required for large one off new build property on the Wirral.

Acting as number 1 on site you will take control of a £4m build, which will be a large high spec detached property. The property is at Groundwork stage at present and has 15 months programme to run.

You will be number 1 on site running the project from day one. You will be in charge of all sub-contractors, direct labour and ensure they are working efficiently, safely and to programme. You will have a visiting QS overseeing commercial aspects and a PM visiting once a week to review progress and assist where required.

Ideally from a trade background, with recent completed one off bespoke properties as your most recent projects, the successful candidate will have 15 months work in front of them starting on site in January

Qualifications required are CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
