Site Manager required for large one off new build property in Merseyside.

Acting as number 1 on site you will take control of a £3.5m build, which will incorporate a large leisure suite/swimming pool, as well as a large high spec detached property.

You will have extensive experience of working on high end developments, working with demanding clients and delivering high specification projects.

You will be number 1 on site running the project from day one. You will be in charge of all sub-contractors, direct labour and ensure they are working efficiently, safely and to programme. You will have a visiting QS overseeing commercial aspects and a PM visiting once a week to review progress and assist where required.

Ideally from a trade background, with recent completed one off bespoke properties as your most recent projects, the successful candidate will have 18 months work in front of them starting on site in February.

Qualifications required are CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
