I am currently looking for a Site Engineer to complete work on bulk excavations in Tameside, Greater Manchester. You will be working for the main contractor on the project, so you will be part of management team. Our client is a well-established and successful regional contractor and has a strong order book for the next 2 years.
You will be starting on site in January 2022 and be on site from day 1 to undertake the initial site set up and commencement of the bulk excavation work. The project is programmed for 2 years so that there’s a strong possibility of a long-term contract for a successful candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring on-site works
• Setting out for sub-contractors
• Site Documentation/Paperwork
• Ensuring Health and Safety is followed in all aspects of work
• Providing technical assistance when required

The project will be mixed tenure residential, including the over 55s apartment block and low rising housing for sale and rent.
