Freelance/Contract site Engineer required for 9 month project in Blackpool, Lancashire

You will working on a steel framed building, setting out for sub-contractors, checking QA and providing technical assistance when required. You will be experienced in providing as-built surveys, and using CAD to review design changes and progress.

You will be working closely with a permanently employed Project Manager who is based on site. You will be working for the main contractor as part of a larger site management team. There will be a junior engineer on site working closely with you.

Payment will be made via Umbrella company or PAYE via the agency as this vacancy is deemed inside IR35.

Start date will be 22nd November for the successful candidate, there is a long term role with the client if you wish to progress to work permanently for a large national main contractor, so this a great opportunity for anyone looking to progress from engineering into management and develop their career.
