Job description

To answer phones and ensure relevant information is cascaded to the relevant parties, either verbally and or by 'phone or email

To log reactive jobs in a timely manner after notification is received, assign and distribute to relevant parties

To liaise with contractors, suppliers and engineers in order to resolve all jobs raised, effectively communicating with the client the whole way through

To communicate information to the engineers to enable them to submit their reports correctly, providing job numbers, service hours allowed, contact names, site addresses, service types and reported problems

Document Control duties

To liaise with administration staff to ensure that necessary parts are requested to complete relevant jobs

To provide administration support to site/project managers in relation to the live projects

To assist with filing and archiving

To carry out any other reasonable task that may be required

To succeed in this role you will have:

Ability to multi-task /works well under pressure.

Have a working knowledge of either 4 Projects or Aconex software

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills including verbal and written

Supported Construction/Inferstructure projects either site or office based

Strong IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Previous experience preferred within a site administration role is useful.
