Site Administrator – Salford – Construction - £25,500 – Large Contractor

Duties
- Answer any incoming calls
- Operate the front door intercom
- Ensure visitors sign in and out of signing in book. .
- Update site drawing register ensuring all relevant parties have received the relevant drawings.
- Update project directory accordingly
- Use the Aconex Construction Management Software to maintain an updated system.
- Order stationery when necessary.
- Order printer toners when necessary and report any issues with printer.
- Bind any new orders for the quantity surveyors.
- Taking and producing the minutes of all following meetings: ensuring minutes are distributed to relevant parties.
- To complete staff attendance daily
- Manage the biometric system onsite and ensure that the system is updated with any new employee details. Checking CSCS / CPCS etc. and entering details and photographs onto system. Daily check of accreditation validation and informing PM of impending expiry. Manage the scanning in and filing of training attendance and induction record sheets / CSCS cards.
- Offer support to the site team with any paperwork that may need filing / scanning on to the P Drive. Manage the server (p drive) and paper filing systems and audit weekly to ensure they are correct i.e. permits to work and permit register,
- Weekly Site Audits to be completed weekly with the help of Site team and any overdue documentation flagged up to the site team for updates.
- Collect all operational and maintenance documents from subcontractors and produce O&M manuals. Create electronic copies for the client and order copies from Hobs.
- Scan and file all delivery induction records

Candidate
• Experience of the construction industry
• Experience working in an administrator role.
• Able to use Microsoft Office to a good standard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service
