Senior Site Manager / Project Manager Opportunity - New Build Housing - Scarborough

I am currently working with a leading developer and contractor specialising in the new build housing / social housing sector who are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to lead a new site in York.

This site is a fast paced site which is already started and it will need an experienced manager to lead from the front.

You will be responsible for managing a fast paced build program and be able to stay on target while ensuring that the client specification and quality standards are met.

Taking this site from DPC level you'll be involved with the appointment and management of subcontractors, ordering materials, organising labour, meeting with the client and higher management team, health & safety and all other day to day operations involved with the site.

If you have a background in volume house building and are familar with both client and sales led sites then this is an excellent opportunity for someone to really make their mark on a new site.

Ideally you will have a trades background and have worked for a top 10 house builder.  You'll need the usual SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.
