Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing - Brand new site - Bridlington

I am currently working a fantastic new opportunity with a leading 5 star house builder who are looking to bring in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team to lead a brand new site in Bridlington.

The client is a leading national house builder who have a 5 star HBF rating with an excellent management structure and support team.

This role is to take the site from groundworks stage through to completion so it is a great opportunity for someone to really make an impression on their career with this.  All subcontract packages have been allocated and everyone is ready to go and they're just about to break ground on it over the next couple of weeks.

As Site Manager you will have complete control of the project and responsibility of the build program, working with the sales team at the early stages including getting show homes ready and liaising with early customers.  You will build your team up around you and work closely with the existing team and be fully supported throughout the process.

Ideally you will come from a joinery or bricklaying background although other trades will be considered.  You will have experience of end to end project delivery as a Site Manager ideally working for a volume house builder.

As a minimum you should have a current SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and up to date First Aid certificate.  You should be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of NHBC processes and requirements.
