Senior Site Manager - Residential Developer - Leeds

I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a highly regarded housing developer to take the lead on a brand new site in Leeds.

This is an exciting role where you will be able to shape and influence the site from day 1 being involved with everything from site and compound set up, appointment of subcontractors, recruitment, building relaltionships with the supply chain, local authorities and consultants and delivering a 1st class product.

This is not your usual volume house building role. The client is working towards a different product including design, specification and product range.

The site is a unique site made up of houses and apartments.

You will be experienced working for a quality (not volume) led housing developer and have a background in delivering sites from inception through to completion. You will have good relationships with NHBC and be able to provide references'.

You will have as a minimum an SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card, Current First Aid. Any NHBC award would also be a distinct advantage.
