Our client is a professional services consultancy that provides Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services to their clients.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking to expand their Quantity Surveying team and are looking for forward thinking individuals to join their team.

Role:

Commercial management of NEC infrastructure projects in the water sector
▪ Main duties will include
- Providing assurance on our clients' capital programmes.
- Managing a team of quantity surveyors providing NEC commercial management.
- Ensuring outputs align with client requirements and expectations.

Experience/Skills:

Be client focused and understand the importance of delivering on time and within budget
Have gained previous experience working as a QS ideally within the civils or infrastructure sector.
Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline.
Preferably a member of the RICS or ICES

Our client is prepared to consider applications from candidates from an intermediate QS level up to a Senior QS level and the salary on offer will reflect your level of previous experience gained in a similar role.
