Anders Elite are working with another reputable construction business that employs nearly 3000 people and are going through change which has created new opportunities.

At this time we are working together to bring on board a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in terms maintenance contracts using NEC3 and NEC4.

You will have excellent experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in 'Repairs and Maintenance' within the Water Sector. This is an essential requirement for this role

You will also have experience working with High volume and low value schemes with the attitude of being willing to role your sleeves up and being able to deal with large quantities of data hence having excellent experience with excel and being able to manipulate spreadsheets which plays a very important part in this role.

This role can be admin intensive hence you will need to have a head for spreadsheets and manipulating data.

Qualifications and essential skills required:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or something similar, RICS, CIOB accredited

Strong experience in Repairs & Maintenance with low value and high volume schemes is essential
